Allows creation of an anaerobic environment in which beneficial bacteria (lactic acid producing bacteria) grow and the crispy texture and vibrant color of ingredients are maximized.
The height of the internal cover is adjustable to minimize indoor air. Thanks to its silicone gasket, it protects the surface of the nutrients from aerobic bacteria and prevents the vegetables from rising out of the Brine.
This container is also suitable for food that requires waterproof storage: fresh vegetables, coffee beans, bread, algae, biscuits, cereals, and dry foods.
