This 3-piece air-lock is the best choice for primary oxygen-free (anaerobic) fermentation. The air-lock create a closed fermentation system that will allow CO2 to escape without allowing air to enter and contaminate your fermentation.
Useful for the fermentation of: beer, wine, mead, sauerkraut, cider, etc.
To use the air-lock, fill it with water or alcohol until you reach the "FILL LINE" level.
