Track your Kefir Preparation on the lid!
The Kefirko Fermentation Clock allows you to track your kefir preparation process and helps you create the best kefir possible.
It is particularly useful for the management of your fermentations when you have several Kefirko at different stages of fermentation.
When you are ready to prepare a new kefir recipe, set the start time. The day is divided into quarters with lines at 6 o'clock, 12 hours, 18 hours and midnight.
The clock displays the 24 hours of first fermentation (in the Kefirko jar), as well as the 24 hours of the second fermentation (in the bottle).
In this way, the fermentation clock reminds you when the fermentation started and when the fermentation is ready.
