This rubber grommet is ideal for fermentation lids with an airlock.
It fits a 1/2" (13mm) hole, leaving a 3/8" (9.5mm) inner hole into which the airlock can be inserted, allowing for gas evacuation.
Once the lid of your fermentation jar is perforated, use this rubber grommet to hold your airlock (bubbler) in position.
