Testimonials

Marie-Claire Frédéric

Milk kefir is delicious to drink. Good news: Now you can eat it! I tried the prototype that the Kefirko team sent me, and I will never make kefir cheese again without it! I had already been making kefir cheese: I used coffee filters, or several layers of cheese cotton spread over a colander. But either it was dripping on top, taking too long to drip, or it was too fast, and I was losing a lot of kefir. With the Kefirko, all I have to do is install the sieve on the glass jar, pour in the already fermented kefir, and then wait for it to drip (capacity is sufficient for a full Kefirko). My favorite recipe: with salt, pepper, garlic and chives.
